The Los Santos Police Department is charged with serving and protecting the citizens of Los Santos. The Los Santos Police Department has high standards for its offices to remain professional at all times, be courteous of the people around us, and care for those that need help the most. The Los Santos Police Department strives to maintain a peaceful environment for those who live and work within Los Santos by enforcing its laws and protecting its residents. Canine Unit
The mission of the Los Santos Police Department Canine is to safeguard the lives and property of the people we serve, reduce the incidence and fear of crime, and enhance public safety while working with the diverse communities to improve their quality of life. The Canine Unit extends these safeguards by providing safety to the citizens of Los Santos with specially trained police canines. The Canine Unit specializes in searching for items or people and can quickly facilitate the relation location. With a variety of operating languages communicated between the Officer and the canine, they will both operate efficiently for the safety of these citizens.

Special Investigations Unit

As the Los Santos Police Department Special Investigations Unit we do our best to work as efficiently and effectively as we can, even working with our Brother and Sister agencies to put a stop to crimes ranging from murders to trafficking of illicit goods within San Andreas. Our Investigators receive special training and have the ability to receive certification training to expand their knowledge as an investigator. From the SIU Chain Of command we promise that we are working as hard as possible to make our Subdivision run as efficient and flawlessly as possible.  Major Enforcement Team Certified

The TSU - Traffic Enforcement Division is a subdivision within the Department providing enhanced knowledge and enforcement in traffic laws. This results in reducing the amount of collisions, DUI’s and reckless drivers. Whilst doing this it allows for the streets to be safer with fewer injuries/fatalities and property damage.
